Special MSFS 2024 Notice:
Man’s Best Friend: Deluxe uses the native Co-Pilot system in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. If your companion does not appear inside the cockpit, please contact the aircraft developer and request Native Co-Pilot Support. In most cases, forward-compatible MSFS 2020 (Legacy) aircraft will not work with this add-on unless they have been updated to use the new 2024 Co-Pilot System. Legacy aircraft should be considered incompatible until they receive either a Native MSFS 2024 Upgrade or a dedicated 2024 Character Support Update. As long as you are flying a Native MSFS 2024 aircraft with a supported co-pilot seat, your companion should spawn without issue. Always load your companion through the EFB’s Mass & Balance Page by adding weight to the co-pilot seat and selecting Load. Simply adjusting the weight values will not produce any visible results. You must select Load after adjusting the weight to spawn your companion. This is required regardless of Man's Best Friend: Deluxe and is currently how the default simulator handles co-pilot characters.

» Reminder, Animal Companions will not work on MSFS 2020 (Legacy) Aircraft unless they have 2024 Character Support.
